Industry Partner Application

To become an Industry Partner, you must be recommended by an IREM Chapter 58 Member

Terms and Conditions

I understand that an 'Industry Partner' shall be a partner, not a member, of the Institute. By signing below, I agree that I shall not hold myself out to be a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, nor shall I use or permit the use of the indicia of membership in, or affiliation with, the Institute. I understand that, if approved as an Industry Partner, I may use the name Institute of Real Estate Management and/or its acronym “IREM” only in the conjunction with the words 'Industry Partner' for the sole and limited purpose of indicating that I am an Industry Partner of the Institute. I understand that, should my participation as an Industry Partner be terminated by the chapter at any time, there shall be no refund of my contribution.

The 'Industry Partner' program is not a national program but solely and exclusively under the direction and administration of IREM Rochester-Western NY. All rules, regulations, privileges and penalties, costs, dues, changes, modifications, administration and such are under the sole direction and discretion of Rochester-Western NY chapter. The IREM Rochester-Western NY chapter may modify and/or terminate participation and/or the program without prior notice. Membership lists will not be provided to Industry Partners.

By becoming an Industry Partner, your company and its representatives agree to allow IREM Western NY Chapter to capture photographs and videos at events where Industry Partners are present and allow the use of these images for marking purposes. I have read and understand the above and represent that all answers contained herein are true.

This represents the annual contribution towards sponsorship level of your choice within 12 months
from the date of your acceptance as an Industry Partner. If for some reason you are not accepted
as an Industry Partner, your check will be promptly returned to you
